& Meditation Facilitator
The minute Shannon found yoga she was hooked by how fulfilling the practice felt, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Working in the corporate world, yoga was always there for her to turn to to stay grounded. At peak burnout, she deepened her yoga practice with breathwork and meditation to de-stress and never looked back. The way these practices taught her to love herself and the connectedness and control she began to feel over her body and life was addicting!
In 2020, in order to deepen her own practice, she became a Certified Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator through the Academy of Breath. She came out on the other side inspired to share the power of breathwork and meditation.
She loves to empower students with what she calls “nuggets of love,” simple practices they can integrate into their daily lives to manage stress and connect deeper with themselves.
Shannon’s approach to teaching is to keep it simple and have fun! She encourages students to not take themselves or the practice too seriously, but rather just to be present with loving themselves and to get curious about what reveals itself.
She is currently completing an advanced certification in Somatics, Breathwork, Meditation, and Yoga Nidrā.
