Learn the basics. Beginners as well as students of all fitness levels will love this slow-paced class which introduces basic standing and seated postures in a positive atmosphere that meets you where you are.

Uncomplicated transitions and plenty of props and supports are offered. This class is a great and fun introduction (or return) to yoga.

intermediate flow | level 1-2

Our most popular class! Active students will love this moderately-paced flowing class that explores a wide variety of accessible postures that build strength and flexibility. Uncomplicated transitions and level-appropriate arm balances, inversions, and backbends may be included.

power flow

This is a faster-paced, more athletically-themed class for those who want to work hard and sweat. Students should be familiar with common standing postures and very basic alignment. Arm balances, inversions, and deeper backbends may be offered. Drink plenty of water and don’t forget your towel!

resistance flow

Use light resistance bands to build muscle strength, gain balance, improve flexibility, and increase bone density! Experience the magic that a little muscle “load” can add to your practice. Basic postures using light resistance bands have been shown to do all of this and more. This class is great for students of ALL levels of experience, fitness, and age (15 and up please)… and it’s FUN! 

candlelight slow flow

It’s Friday night and candlelight! Yoga class meets spa treatment in this meditative, flowing session that explores the union of breath and movement while working the entire body. Enjoy lingering holds and smooth, uncomplicated transitions. Class-appropriate arm balances, inversions, and backbends may be offered. And did we mention the CANDLELIGHT?

This class is followed immediately by a Soundbath Meditation, the perfect way to set yourself up for a great weekend!

Gentle movement with a side of Restorative? Yes please! The first half of class is spent gently flowing through easy postures to bring relief to tense and tired muscles; the second half, melting into floor-based restorative postures, with every part of your body fully supported by blankets and bolsters.

This slow-paced, relaxing class features movement that is gentler on the knees, hips, shoulders, and back. This class is especially recommended for those with joint or muscle pain, poor standing balance, pregnancy, or really anyone looking for a class with easy, uncomplicated transitions and plenty of props and supports, including the wall.

yin yoga | stretching

Yin Yoga is a very slow, floor-based practice that includes seated and reclined stretches held for 2-5 minutes each. This class is especially great for seniors, beginners, those struggling with joint pain or muscle tightness, athletes supplementing their workouts, and those who prefer an inward-focused practice.

Students who are very flexible or pregnant should speak with the instructor before class begins to ensure joint safety.

restorative yoga

In this deeply relaxing, near-meditative experience, you’ll find yourself melting into a only few floor-based postures, fully supported by blankets and bolsters, allowing tense muscles to relax and noisy thoughts to drift away. This class will revitalize your body and your mind.

Learn how to use your breath to relax and balance your body and mind. Breath work (called pranāyama in the “yoga world”) helps manage stress, improves sleep and focus, and supports immune function. Breath work has also been shown to strengthen the respiratory system, and it’s the gateway to a meditation practice.

All are welcome, no experience with breath work or meditation is necessary.

yoga nidrā | deep relaxation

Yoga Nidrā, or yogic sleep, is a simple and powerful practice that everyone can do, from kids to seniors. This deeply relaxing class begins with some simple stretches, then gently guides you through a progressive body scan and breath awareness, calming the mind and body, and promoting good sleep.

No prior knowledge or experience is needed.
