Gentle yoga is comprised of the very best that yoga has to offer. This class is especially great for those new to yoga, those with injuries, recent surgeries, health issues, or anyone looking for a much slower, sweeter practice. Slow, uncomplicated transitions and plenty of props and supports are offered. This class is appropriate for all students.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your alignment in basic poses, whether you have neck or back issues or you just like to slow things down a little… this is your class! Primarily standing and seated postures. This class is geared toward beginning students, but also great for experienced students to revisit the basics.
This is truly a class for everyone! All basic poses are clearly instructed and options and variations are given in order to accommodate every fitness level and body type. Primarily standing and seated postures. Arm balances and supported inversions may be introduced. This class is geared toward beginner to intermediate students.
Postures are taught from a basic level with multiple options given for those ready for more, including some intermediate to advanced variations. Arm balances, inversions, and deeper backbends may be introduced. Please note, this class moves at a faster pace than Level 1-2 classes. This class is geared toward strong or athletic beginner to strong intermediate students.

Community Classes are $5 per person and are our way of giving back to our community by keeping yoga accessible to all. This is the same class level as our All Levels Class and is geared toward strong or athletic beginner to strong intermediate students.
This is a much more challenging class for those looking to expand their practice. Students should have a firm understanding of basic postures. In this fast-moving class, arm balances, inversions, and deeper backbends will be included. Drink plenty of water and bring a towel (maybe 2!). This class is geared toward strong or athletic intermediate to advanced students.
Candlelight Slow Flow
Friday night and candlelight! This meditative, slower-paced class will work through the body aches and mind “stuff” of your week with lingering holds, smooth transitions, and slow, calming breath. The perfect way to set yourself up for a great weekend!
Yin Yoga contains the ancient, and some say original, form of asana practice. Yin focuses on opening the deep connective tissues and the joints. This slow stretching class will take you to new places in postures, greater ranges of motion, and an increased flow of energy by focusing on the deeper tissues of the body. This class is appropriate for all students, however very flexible students and pregnant students should consult with the instructor before class begins.
Restorative Yoga is the most healing form of yoga. You’ll find yourself melting into postures that are fully supported by blankets, bolsters, and straps to allow your body and your mind to rest and release. As your mind calms, your stress level (and stress hormone production) will drop as you release into that deeply relaxing place between sleep and waking. This practice brings energy and rejuvenation and is a TREAT for your body and your mind. This class is appropriate for all students.
Learn to find peacefulness and focus. Meditation is a “must do” in today’s fast-paced stressful environment. Each session begins with guided meditation and focus on breathing for relaxation and stress relief, followed by a period of silent meditation. No prior knowledge or experience with meditation is necessary. This class is your escape from all your “stuff.” This class is appropriate for all students.
This bi-monthly class is a wonderful introduction to the amazing benefits of yoga, specially geared to the attention spans and physical capabilities of children. We spend time learning and practicing yoga postures, stories, and activities, filling our hearts with joy, fun & happiness. And best of all? Parents will enjoy a relaxing afternoon, knowing that their child is having fun in a safe and nurturing environment. This class is appropriate for children aged 5-12.
