While many children explore different sports growing up, Sabrina tried a little bit of everything and found that yoga was the one practice she truly enjoyed. Her relationship with yoga began in childhood and continued through years of inconsistent practice. During her college years, she developed a more active lifestyle as a way to channel her restlessness, and she explored yoga, weightlifting, pilates, and kayaking along the beautiful redwoods and coastline of Santa Cruz. Through all these experiences, yoga remained a familiar place she could return.

In 2023, after moving back to Corona, Sabrina began practicing consistently at Just Yoga, where she also worked at the front desk and completed her RYT 200-hour training. Over time, she came to appreciate yoga as more than just a physical practice; it became a space where she could meet herself wherever she was in life. Some days, she craved the heat, challenge, and release of a strong practice, while other days, she felt she needed nothing more than a comfortable position, a gentle stretch, and a familiar place to slow down.

Sabrina credits yoga with teaching her the value in honoring what we need in each season of life. “I believe in sharing the joy that comes from having a healthy, mobile body, and my goal is to guide students toward a deeper connection with themselves, greater freedom in their movement, and a practice that meets them where they are.”
