Natalie fell in love with yoga after years of searching for a movement that she actually enjoyed. Yoga brought a calm and peace to her anxious mind and helped her find strength she didn’t know she had. She fell in love and wanted to know more, which led her to take 200 hour teacher training.
Learning intentional movement and breath work has brought balance to her busy life raising three kids and coming up with house projects.
