Ghada started her yoga journey in 2016, but her passion for it started years before. She discovered her love for yoga when a friend recommended it to her as a way to help heal an injury she was suffering from. Once she started yoga, she fell in love with it. From that moment forward, Ghada made it her goal to master yoga as it helped her grow stronger physically and mentally.
Ghada completed her Hatha Yoga Vinyasa Flow certification with Just Yoga, and is currently almost finished with her Advanced Teacher Training certification. She will always be deeply grateful for the wisdom and knowledge her yoga practice has provided through the years.
