Niki

Movement has always been an essential part of Niki’s day. Growing up as a dancer, roller skater, and athlete, she was always finding something new to keep her moving. Yoga was introduced to her in her early teen years as a way to care for herself and help with stress. She had suffered many knee and ankle injuries and needed a place to be present with her overactive mind and body. However, she was completely transformed by the ways it reconnected her with her body and spirit after years of feeling separate from it.

In 2023, she completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training. Now, Niki loves creating an atmosphere for students to play around, connect with their bodies and nourish themselves. She is curious about her students and their experiences and she enjoys sharing a space to practice!
