Gaby has always been drawn to yoga. As a teenager, she dabbled in it using DVDs at home. While she would try to fit in a class whenever on vacation, her practice was not yet consistent. As a young adult who was beginning to experience the stresses that came with “adulting,” Gaby knew she needed something to help. Remembering how much she enjoyed yoga in the past, she asked a friend if she knew of any good local studios; after her first class at Just Yoga, she knew this was her spot.
Gaby continued to fall in love with how yoga made her feel: the way building strength and finding calmness “on the mat” translated into strength and peace off the mat. After a few years of continuous practice, she knew it was time to learn more and enrolled in the 200 hour Teacher Training program at Just Yoga. Her passion is in sharing this source of strength and peace with others.
Gaby’s classes are lighthearted, with fun playlists that mix a bit of old and new! She enjoys teaching her students to explore the practice while not imposing limits on themselves by taking themselves too seriously.
