Mariah spent her childhood and young adult years playing competitive soccer. As a result, she acquired a few bumps and bruises along the way. In college, a doctor recommended that she try yoga to help with some of her long lasting aches and pains. Mariah quickly fell in love with yoga and continued to practice to stay fit and help manage the stress of every day life.
It’s her goal to provide a safe environment that allows you to temporarily escape from the stress and pressures of life. She looks forward to welcoming you to class and helping to guide your yoga practice.
