Class is geared toward strong or athletic beginner to strong intermediate students.
Postures are taught from a basic level with multiple options given for those ready for more, including some intermediate to advanced variations. Arm balances, inversions, and deeper backbends will be introduced.
Please note, these classes move at a faster pace than Level 1-2 classes and, due to their popularity, Community Classes tend to fill up, so this may not be the best choice for your very first yoga class.
Community Classes are $5 per person and are our way of giving back to our community by keeping yoga accessible to all. This is the same class level as our All Levels Class.
